In a high-stakes challenge to break a decades-long import monopoly at Jiangxi Copper Corp., China's largest copper producer, our JY500 was installed directly next to the undisputed international benchmark — the Metso® HP500 — for a brutal, year-long side-by-side trial.

The results were decisive: The Jinyang JY500 not only matched the industry giant in throughput and product quality, but it also delivered 21-29% longer liner life (850+ hours vs. 700 hours). How a Single JY800 Outran OEM Parts by 5% at China Gold Group
In 2015, China Gold Group installed a Jinyang JY800 cone crusher as a standby unit alongside multiple Metso® HP800 crushers in one of its remote mines in Inner Mongolia. The result challenged industry norms: the JY800 integrated seamlessly, achieving 100% parts interchangeability with the Metso® machines. Performance data shows JY800 liners last approximately 1,160 hours, outperforming the original HP800 liners by over 5% (1160 hours vs. 1,100 hours).

This proven reliability eliminated the client's dependency on a single overseas supplier, reducing risk and securing supply chain flexibility.

At CITIC Pacific Mining's Australian SINO Iron Project, the 60″ x 89″ primary gyratory crushers supplied by ThyssenKrupp® were experiencing catastrophic liner failure at just 800,000 tonnes.
