General Principle & Advantages of Banana Screens:
The multi-slope profile creates rapid stratification and a thin, consistent material bed from the feed end. This allows for up to 85-90% of fines to pass through the screen in the initial high-angle section, significantly increasing capacity and screening efficiency compared to traditional single-incline screens. The subsequent lower-angle sections provide controlled material transport for further separation.
